The following is a list of important items you will need to bring with you to registration.
All the forms you will need are printable from our schedule & forms tab.
Please bring all the completed forms list below with a check to registration.

1. Completed Parent Code of Conduct form. ( please print a copy for your records )
2. Completed Informed Consent form.
3. Completed Participant Application form. Heights & weights will be taken at registration.
4. Completed Volunteer Sign-Up sheet.
5. Your player/cheerleader accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian.
6. Registration fee, cash or check. $175 per player, second player in the same family is $125, third and additional players $100.00 each. Cheerleading registration fee is $50 per participant.
