Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Football Registration

1. New Players - NO REFUNDS beyond the first week of full padded practice. The purpose of this is to allow parents/players a window of opportunity to see if football is right for them. 2. Returning players - NO REFUNDS after equipment hand out. 3. Full refunds of Kewaskum Gridiron Fees (no refund of processing fees) are available up to 90 days from payment date only if number 1 and 2 above do not apply. 4. If a situation exists after 90 days but before 1 and 2 above, a refund of 50% may be granted at the discretion of the Kewaskum Gridiron Board. 5. For any other situation not covered by the above rules or for special circumstances or other requests, refund requests may be forwarded to the Kewaskum Gridiron Board for consideration.

Cheerleading Registration

1. New participants ONLY - Can receive refund up until the end of the first week of practice. The purpose of this is to allow parents & child a window of opportunity to see if cheer is right for the child. 2. Returning members NO REFUNDS after uniform fitting night. 3. Full refunds of Kewaskum Gridiron Fees (minus processing fees) are available up to 60 days from payment date only if number 1 and 2 above do not apply. 4. If a situation exists after 60 days but before 1 and 2 above, a refund of 50% may be granted at the discretion of the Kewaskum Gridiron Board. 5. For any other situation not covered by the above rules or for special circumstances or other requests, refund requests may be forwarded to the Kewaskum Gridiron Board for consideration.
